Delivery & DOA Policy.

Delivery:

Important Notice: Deliveries are not automatically produced for live stock. You will be contacted prior to packing and dispatch to arrange a delivery schedule, where someone will be in to receive and unpack the delivery upon arrival.

All live stock are shipped doubled bagged with sufficient water and oxygen or in a watertight/proof plastic container, then they're placed within a insulated poly box and will be packed with a heat pack (weather dependant - may be left out during summer months).

If the weather is expected to be too cold, you will be contacted to schedule another delivery date if we fear it's too cold to ship, even with heat packs. 

After an delivery date is agreed they will then be sent out on a next day, before a 1pm delivery slot via either Royal Mail or DX depending upon size or order/what's been ordered.

Deliveries will be arranged and sent on the following days; Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. For arrival on Tues-Friday depending upon day sent.

Fridays are not an option as if there is any delay in the delivery, they won't arrive until Monday, risking any potential live stock in the order.  

Please ensure yourself or someone else is available to receive the delivery.

Failure to accept them on the first attempt will void the DOA policies.

Royal Mail Next Day Delivery Before 1pm for small orders and dry goods: £15

DX Next Day Delivery Before 1pm for larger live stock orders: £30

Free delivery on orders over £200

Shipping outside of the UK is not available unfortunately.

Dead On Arrival Policy:

With some deliveries containing live animals and in the unfortunate event that your order arrives dead.

Please send a photo of the deceased still sealed in the original bag or container, unopened and where it can be clearly identified within 2 hours of receiving the delivery.

If it's been opened or has already entered your system, this will void the DOA policy and no refund or replacement will be offered.

Once it has been confirmed, you'll be offered either of the following; Replacement of the loss, full refund or store credit for future use.

Postage fees are non-refundable.

We cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses or any courier delays or shipping errors. So please ensure all delivery information is correct.  

Returns are not accepted.
