Bizarro Cyphastrea
Bizarro Cyphastrea
Bizarro Cyphastrea is a eye catching large polyp stony (LPS) coral! With it's odd mixture of a cool purple skin, accompanied by some stunningly bright orange polyps. Bizarro is a encrusting species of Cyphastrea and will generally spread out and cover any free rock space around where it's placed.
Cyphastreas mostly do best in dimly lite or shaded areas (such as caves or over hangs from rocks). Our Bizarro are from dim areas of the farm, as we find that's where this particular species of Cyphastrea does best.
Cyphastrea likes stability in their environments, so will benefit from the stable levels of Alkalinity, Calcium and Magnesium along with various other trace elements found within the oceans.
Cyphastrea don't require direct feedings from coral foods, though may take if offered.
Locally sourced from a sustainable coral farm and picture shown is provided by the supplier (frags may differ to image shown).
