Bloody Sunrise Palawanensis
Bloody Sunrise Palawanensis
Bloody Sunrise is a stunningly bright member of the montipora palawanensis family group. With a eye catching gold sheen orange skin surrounding the small but bright polyps with the vibrant blues!
Like most small stony polyp'd (SPS) corals, this specimen appreciates high lighting and high flow. Like most of the other palawanensis family, this coral likes to encrust on hard surfaces and can sometimes even plate from where it's encrusted.
Like all SPS in general, Bloody Sunrise likes stability in their environments, so will benefit from the stable levels of Alkalinity, Calcium and Magnesium along with various other trace elements found within the oceans.
SPS do not require a direct feeding from coral foods.
