Sexy Shrimp (Thor Amboinensis)

Sexy Shrimp - Thor Amboinensis, an extremely common sight in the reefing hobby, most often associated with nano tanks.

These shrimps are known for there striking orange and white splotching patterning, for having their abdomen's curved up and wiggly them back and forth and also for their symbiotic relationship with anemones, mushrooms and some other species of soft and lps corals.

They will happily scavenge any left over foods, fed to the tank. They will also eat the excess mucus produced by the host anemone or coral.
